Spider is the VIP club-in-club of the  Avalon
and the preferred hangout of Hollywood's a-listers.
The Spider  club
is exclusive - so exclusive it's actually hidden behind
a steel door equipped with a spyhole. Although the club
has gone a little easier on its former "members
only" policy, it's still virtually impossible to
get in without being on the guest list. The Spider club
itself is beautifully designed in Moroccan style, with
cabana seating, comfortable low couches and colourful
lanterns slowly swaying in the wind of the outdoor area.
Great care for detail went into this club, and if you
think the staff reads some guests' minds at the several
bars Spider features, you're only partly wrong. The
secret is a concierge software used to keep track of
what the high profile celebrities prefer as far as drinks
and food go. The Spider club is definitely an experience,
but to save yourself disappointment - if you're not
on the list, don't even try.
