Pacific Design Center is the West Coast's largest facility
for design products. It is home to more than 200 showrooms
displaying design furniture, flooring, wall coverings,
fabrics, lighting and fixtures - pretty much everything
to turn your humble abode into a stylish interior design
experiment. The
 building
of the Pacific Design Center is
remarkable enough with its blue glass façade
and unusual dimensions - locals dubbed it "the
blue whale" in reference to its exterior. Technically,
businesses at the Pacific Design Center sell to the
trade only, and their wholesale prices reflect that;
for a small fee, however, the center will provide a
decorator-for-the-day
to serve as official broker for your purchase.
If you are interested in design in general or just newly
