Just a few steps away from the Reeperbahn, located on Hamburger Berg is the Ex-Sparr. A typical St. Pauli pit stop that's always good for a drink in between on a tour of the area. The music at the Ex-Sparr varies from day to day and DJ to DJ - from rock to German hiphop or techno, everything is possible. The ambience at the Ex-Sparr is a little punk rock, comfortable and definitely not a suit-and-tie bar. A good example of a small bar with a huge party! The crowd that hangs out here is just as the bar itself: very easygoing with a touch of underground.
