Bodo´s
Bootssteg is one of Hamburg's hottest addresses during
summer. Located directly on the bank of the
 Außenalster
lake, the former landing stage for boats is no longer
an intimate hideaway. The beautiful view of the sailboats
and the Alster draw
many
visitors in the summer and it can be hard to find a
seat on first try. With a view of Hamburg from its most
beautiful side and moderate drink prices it's not surprising
that Bodo´s
Bootssteg is
extremely popular
in the summer months and the pier is almost too small
for all the people. Nevertheless it's comfortable and
has a wonderful summer atmosphere - a definite recommendation
for a few hours by the Alster on hot days!
